Research-to-Thesis Intelligence Pipeline
SmartCities is developing systems that continuously ingest and analyze local, county, and state government records, surface meaningful events such as contract awards and procurement activity, and feed those findings into downstream research workflows for deeper analysis and thesis development.
DoTheTell is the document-research engine, and Theta Brew is the downstream thesis-analysis layer. Both are experimental R&D systems under development; this work does not make automated investment decisions, provide investment advice, or imply proven returns.
